This loco was built in 3/1957 with EMD construction number 22941. She was built as a freight engine. She was painted in standard for the time black widow colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.

She was assigned number SP 3600 in the 1965 system renumbering.

She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 3803 in 9/1977.

After leaving the SP, she became Yolo Short Line #131. Thanks to Tony Johnson for the disposition information.
