SP 5693

This loco was built in 4/1956 with EMD serial number 21386. She was built as a freight engine. She was painted in standard for the time black widow colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.

She was assigned number SP 3526 in the 1965 system renumbering.

She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 3437 in 12/21/1976.

She was wrecked at Houston, TX on 05/08/1985.

She was retired and sold in 10/1987 to Southwest Railway Car Parts of Venus, TX and scrapped.
