This loco was built in 2/1956 with EMD construction number 21329. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time black widow colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3469 in the 1965 system renumbering, however, the number was never physically applied to the locomotive.
She was wrecked in December 1965 at Coalinga, CA and retired before her new 1965 number could be applied.
