This loco was built in 1/1955 with EMD builder's number 20129. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time black widow colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on each end.
She was assigned number SP 3441 in the 1965 system renumbering.
She entered the GRIP program and emerged as SP 3313 in 5/1970.
