SSW 9683

This loco was built in 3/1990 with EMD construction number 896003-19. She was built as a freight unit, and featured sealed beam headlights mounted between the number boards, large SSW on the nose, standard Cotton Belt lettering on the long hood and standard SP/SSW grey and red paint.
