SP 7812
This loco was built in 4/1966 with ALCO construction number 3439-13. It was built as a freight engine. It was painted in standard for the time bloody nose colors and featured a full 5 light headlight arrangement on the front and a single sealed beam headlight on the rear.
She was downgraded to heavy switcher status in 02/1973 and renumbered SP 3142.
This is one of seven C-630's known to have worked bridge pull service at Avondale, LA between early 1973 and late 1977 along with two C-628's.
