This loco was built in 5/1952 with Baldwin construction number 75457.
She was destroyed as the result of running off of an open drawbridge at the Napa River on 07/12/1959 along with AS-616 SP 5261 & ASB-616 SP 4904. The units were all scrapped at Bayshore Yard on 11/02/1959
