This loco was built in 8/1945 with GE construction number 27817. She was built as a switch engine.
She was transferred to the Pacific Lines in 1950 as SP 1903. She went to Petaluma & Santa Rosa as P&SR 4 in 1958 for her mu capability in trade for a non mu capable unit (P&SR 2) which became SP 1905.
She was retired 12/1966 and sold to Associated Metals at Benicia, CA. She was reported to have been scrapped in 1970.
