    These cars, as well as CELX 10400-10438, have aluminum tanks and are the only RailWhales with steel centersills.  All 59 cars in this series were in service for 40 years and were certified for continued operation until they were 50.  These two groups of CELX cars are the only RailWhales in unrestricted interchange service in 2013.
