The PS 1941 ft3 covered hopper was only produced for a single customer, Wabash, in 11/1952. It is not known at this time why the non-standard size was produced well into the production of the established 1958 ft3 car production. A few (5) of these cars were sold to the Central of New Jersey Railroad in 1968.
