WM 5201-5240

	WM 5201-5240		(to WM 5251-5288; rebuilt)	

These 70 ton, 2-bay covered hopper cars were built by AC&F in 1940-41. They featured 10 square roof hatches and 1740 ft3 capacity.

They were rebuilt in 5/1970 by Reading shops and renumbered as above. They were assigned to WM class C-2 when built and re-assigned to class C-20 when rebuilt. Their capacity was increased from 70 to 77 tons in the rebuilding process, but their cubic capacity was unchaged.
