This loco was rebuilt in 11/1982 from GP7 SCL 729 (ex ACL 141) by SBD Uceta shops. After rebuild, she retained her EMD serial number 13926 but became what SBD referred to as a GP16. She was released in Seaboard System paint.
She became SBD 4979.
She became CSXT 1860.
She was retired from the CSXT roster on 04/30/1992.
