These 60', 85 ton, automobile box cars were built by PS (lot 9088) in 6/1966? (except as above) as PS-1's. They featured double 8' doors, H-40 cushioned underframes and capacity as above.
It is unclear the purpose of the fragmented nature of the numbering of these cars, but I suspect it has something to do with their probable assignment to auto parts service and the associated pools.
