These 40'-6", 55-ton box cars were rebuilt by Southern's Hayne Car Shop in 1975 from various cars as above. As rebuilt, they featured 9' Youngstown doors, Barber S-2-C trucks and 3848 ft3 capacity.

They were rebuilt from CofG 7300-8299 and S&A 500-799.
