This loco was built in 10/1951 with EMD serial number 13321. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP7. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all Frisco GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.
She was bought by ICG and operated in service prior to being rebuilt by Paducah Shops. She was assigned interim number ICG 82.
She was rebuilt to a GP10 and became ICG 8249.
She was wrecked 10/25/1984. It is not known if she was repaired and placed back into service or retired/scrapped.
