This loco was built in 3/1951 with EMD serial number 12929. She was built as a passenger engine equipped with a steam generator. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all Frisco GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.
She became ICG 91.
She was rebuilt to a GP10 and became ICG 8046.
She became Relco 1606.
