This loco was built in 12/1965 with EMD serial number 31127. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight between her number boards and on her rear and ALCO trucks, probably from traded in RS1 or RS2 units.
She became BN 2582.
She was scrapped in 8/1986. Reason is unknown at this time.
