This loco was built in 3/1964 with EMD serial number 28912. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight between her number boards and on her rear end and rooftop air resevoirs for increased fuel capacity.
She became BN 2551.
She was rebuilt by BN into a GP39E and renumbered BN 2935.
