This loco was rebuilt in 12/1980 from GP7 SCL 765 (ex ACL 234) by SCL Uceta shops. After rebuild, she retained her EMD serial number 14952 but became what SCL referred to as a GP16. She was released in Family Lines paint.
She became SBD 4743.
She became CSXT 1789.
She was retired on 04/30/1992.
