This loco was rebuilt in 12/1981 from GP9 SCL 1006 (ex SAL 1906) by SCL Uceta shops. After rebuild, she retained her EMD serial number 21075 but became what SCL referred to as a GP16. She was released in Family Lines paint.

She became SBD 4637.

She became CSXT 1737.

She was retired on 02/18/1993.
