This loco was rebuilt in 11/1982 from GP7 SCL 813 (ex ACL 193) by SCL Uceta shops. After rebuild, she retained her EMD serial number 13873 but became what SBD referred to as a GP16. She was released in Seaboard System paint.

She became CSXT 1855.

She was retired from the CSXT roster on 04/30/1992.
