This loco was built in 9/1952 with EMD serial number 17386. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.
She became SCL 994.
She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 7/1981 and became SCL 4762.
She became SBD 4762.
She became CSXT 1808.
She was retired on 01/19/1991.
