This loco was built in 1-3/1951 with EMD serial number 13390. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.

She became SCL 957.

She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 3/1982 and became SCL 4786.

She became SBD 4786.

She became CSXT 1832.

She was retired on 02/18/1993, was sold and became RJCR 1832.
