This loco was built in 11/1950 with EMD serial number 11345. She was built as a dual service engine equpped for both freight and passenger operation. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.

She became SCL 929.

She was sold and became USSC 929.
