This loco was built in 4-6/1950 with EMD serial number 11603. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.

She became SCL 907.

She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 5/1981 and became SCL 4758.

She became SBD 4758.

She became CSXT 1804.

She was retired on 02/18/1993, sold and became RJCR 1804.
