SAL 1707:
This loco was built in 4/1950 with EMD serial number 11498. She was built as a dual service engine equpped for both freight and passenger operation. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP7's, she did not feature dynamic brakes.
She became SCL 887.
She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 3/1980 and became CRR 4607.
She became SBD 4607.
She became CSXT 1707.
She was retired on 01/13/1993.
