This loco was built in 8-9/1960 with EMD serial number 26116. She was built as a freight engine. She featured a sealed beam headlight in her front and rear ends. As with all SAL GP18s, she did feature dynamic brakes.
She became SCL 1058.
She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 10/1980 and became SCL 4625.
She became SBD 4625.
She became CSXT 1725.
She was retired on 01/13/1993, sold and became RJCR 1606.
