A roster of the B-9 class box cars is provided as follows:

	
	SAL 19700-19949		(5804)   09/1945	Apex (and other) steel running boards
	SAL 19950-19999		(5806)   10/1945	US Gypsum steel running boards 

These 50 ton, 40'-6" box cars were built by Pullman Standard as above. They featured W-corners, 6' Youngstown doors and 3713 ft3 capacity. The last 50 cars MAY have come from a diverted TP&W order.
