RI 23000-23999:
RI 23000-23999 rblt by USRE (Lot 1290) 1976 (to ROCK 58400-58849)
These 40'-6", 50-ton box cars were built by AC&F (Lot 01-3665) in 2-3/1952. They featured x' doors and 3898 ft3 capacity.
Many of these cars were sold to USRE, rebuilt and renumbered as above and leased back in the mid 1970's.
