This loco was built in 5/1953 with EMD serial number 18423. She was built as a roadswitcher, model GP7.

She became CR 5813.

She was rebuilt as a GP8 (by ICG Paducah?) and became CR 5413.

She was sold for scrap to Pielet Bros.
