PSPX 5116-5117			(to JHMX in 1986; then to ECQX)	

These carbon black covered hopper cars were built by Thrall 5/1975. They featured 5750 ft3 capacity. They went to JM Huber (JMHX) with their same numbers in 1986 when Phillips divested itself of its carbon hopper fleet. They later ended up with Engineered Carbons (ECQX.)
