This loco was built in 12/1971 with EMD serial number 37891. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP38AC.
Not much is known about this engine or road at this time including the reporting marks. I am assuming that PPLX is correct based on the fact that this company had freight cars with these marks. I am open to corrections.
She became PPLX 511.
