P&LE 68000-69999

These 3-bay, 70 ton, open hopper cars were built by Bethlehem Steel Corp. (Order DF-231) in ?/1956-1=5/1957. They featured welded construction and 2700 ft3 capacity. They were assigned to class 870-H.
