These 3-bay, 100 ton, covered hopper cars were built by PC Samuel Rea Shops in 1968 to a GATC Revised Dry-Flo design. They featured 4600 ft3 capacity. They were assigned to class H51B. Many were later rebuilt resulting in a capacity increase to 4635 ft3.
