This loco was built in 8/1961 with EMD serial number 26797. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP18 with a high short hood, dynamic brakes and nose-mounted bell.

She was rebuilt to a slug and became NS 9738.

She became WPRR 101.

She became PNWR 102.
