These 3-bay, 100-ton covered hoppers were built by AC&F in 11/1969. They featured 4600 ft3 capacity. These cars were built as "Conditionaire" cars with refrigeration and heating equipment and heavy insulation for various produce such as potatoes, carrots and other vegetables. This specialized equipment was removed over time and the cars were reassigned as general service covered hoppers.
