These 40', 50-ton box cars were built by NP Brainerd Shops as above. They featured 8' plug door & 6' sliding door, large NP on left side of car, "Route of the Vista-Dome North Coast Limited" and large circular herald on the right side of the car.
Many were later rebuilt and renumbered as above by BN and appear to have been modified to two sliding doors at the time.
