L&N 5000-7199:
L&N 5000-7199 (to L&N 93400-93999) (to L&N 12100-12349)
These 40'-6", 50-ton box cars were built by PS (Lot 8039) in 3 & 6-7/1952 as PS-1s. They featured 3899 ft3 capacity.
A group of 600 cars were rebuilt by L&N shops in 11/1966-3/1967 and renumbered to L&N 93400-93999 as above.
A group of 250 cars were rebuilt by L&N shops in 3-4/1967 and renumbered to L&N 12100-12349 as above.
