This loco was built in 11/1971 with EMD serial number 7321-4. She was built as a yard switcher, model SW1500.

She became SBD 5013 and later (possibly) SBD 1113.

She became CSXT 1113.

She was converted to an RCPUSH unit and renumbered CSXT 9118.
