L&N 1101
This loco was built in 2/1964 with EMD serial number 28656. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP35.
She was involved in a serious accident very early in her career and sent back to EMD to be rebuilt. She was issued a new serial number (30260) and returned to the L&N in 3/1965. She retained her original number.
She became SBD 1101 at the creation of the Seaboard System railroad.
