These 50'-6", 90-ton box cars were built by PS (Lot 9224) in 6-7/1967. They featured 10' PS X-post horizontal gear plug doors, 20" travel Hydroframe-40 cushion underframes and 5224 ft3 capacity.
The last digit was used as a check digit and gave the impression of a larger group of cars.
