This loco was built in 2/1953 with EMD serial number 17931. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP7.
She was renumbered to KCS 4161.
She is shown as being rebuilt to a (yard?) slug, but it is not certain at this time if this work was done during her service for the KCS or afterwards.
She was retired, sold and became AUNW 4161.
She became DGNO 4161.
She became GEXR 4161.
