This loco was built in 1/1957 with EMD serial number 22324. She was built as a dual service road switcher equipped for both freight or passenger service, model GP9. She featured roof top air reservoirs as built, but they were removed, presumably at rebuild to model GP10.

She was rebuilt by ICG's Paducah, KY shops as model GP10 specifically for sale to the AD&N, becoming their engine 1811.
