IC 8965

This loco was built in 3/1953 with EMD serial number 17748. She was built as a freight road switcher, model GP7.

Some sources seem to indicate that she had been repainted to ICG 8965 prior to entering the Paducah rebuild program, but this has not been verified.

She was rebuilt in 3/1978 by ICG's Paducah, KY shops as ICG 7916, model GP8.

She was sold and became PAL 8338.
