This loco was built in 4/1953 with EMD serial number 17723. She was built as a dual service road switcher equipped for both freight or passenger service, model GP7. She featured a single control stand, steam generator and roof top air reservoirs as built.
She was wrecked on 07/07/1969 and presumed scrapped prior to being rebuilt.
