This loco was built in 4/1953 with EMD serial number 17722. She was built as a dual service road switcher equipped for both freight or passenger service, model GP7. She featured a single control stand, steam generator and roof top air reservoirs as built.
She was rebuilt by ICG's Paducah, KY shops in 1/1975 as ICG 8092, model GP10.
