This loco was built in 5/1951 with EMD serial number 14390. She was built as a dual service road switcher equipped for both freight or passenger service, model GP7. She featured a single control stand, steam generator and roof top air reservoirs as built.
She was rebuilt in 9/1972 by ICG's Paducah, KY shops as ICG 7901, model GP8
