This loco was built in 3/1964 with EMD serial number 28939. She was built as a road switcher, model GP28.
She became ICG 9431 at some point after the IC/GM&O merger.
She became IRRC 9431.
She became KYLE 1826.
She became SJVR 1826.
She is reportedly sitting derilict at the Port of Tuscon as of late 2023. Thank you to Craig Garver for this update.
