This loco was rebuilt in 6/1967 by IC Paducah Shops as a GP10. She was built as IC 9109, road switcher, model .
She was the very first GP10 to be rebuild by IC Paducah Shops.
She is one of the very few Paducah Rebuilds to retain her high hood.
She was wrecked and presumed scrapped on 07/07/1969 prior to the ICG merger, so was never marked for ICG, but a second unit was assigned this number as ICG 8109:2.
