This loco was built in 2/1960 with EMD serial number 25737. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP18 with a high hood, winterization hatch, no dynamic brakes and setup for long hood forward operation.

She was retired, sold and rebuilt to GP10 ICG 8016 by the Paducah, KY shops.
